I have a Hydrofarm FLCDG125D and my plants are yellowing and drooping in my ezcloner. They have been in there for 2 weeks sunday. Is my light hanging 12" above them to intense?

By now it shouldn't be, but at the beginning yes, too intense. How do the roots look?

You should be seeing some roots or at least nubs and callous. If it shows no signs of progress on roots you will need to show us pictures of both tops and bottoms.

PH of water 5.5-6.0. No nutes or weak nutes. Water temp in 70's. Air temp in 60-80 range, humidity higher at beginning with less lights (use humidity dome/bag if needed, max 4 days, remove to air out at least once daily), add some light when callous forms, but still way less than full power. Go full power only after transplant with decent root system size.

If you follow that or something close you should have >95% success. Some strains are said to be hard to clone. I haven't had that experience yet.

I use weak nutes, like 20% what I use on adult plants in hydro.

All you need is 24 watt t5 untill them girls are full rooted , what's your timer set to ??
i have no light timer, my ambient air temps are 66-71, RH 80%, use pure RO water and clearrez with no ph up or down but thats this time. Before I tried store bought and ro water and balanced it to ph6.

At first it was 15 on 15 off for about a week but they started to droop so I switched it over to on 24/7

UPDATE: I completely forgot I have a lux meter and on top of my clones i get between 8500-9500lux
