pH Meter - What type?

Okay so I just started growing some seeds I found and was wondering what type of pH meter I should buy so I know the water I use won't "burn" the plants.

So far it looks like there are Soil pH meters, pen size pH meters, and some portable aquarium pH meters, does it matter which one I get? Also the soil pH meter can also measure moisture.

Just let me know what meter would be best, I'm not spending a lot on this, the ones i've been looking at are like $25, so don't really need to recommend an expensive meter, unless the $25 ones are pointless to buy, but the accuracy for them is all +-.1
