I have proof. Why don't you? There's no proof that silica helps either.
So you run the same amount of N as P and K all the way through? That's would be considered, by most, to be a high amount of N to run through flower as most people tend to lower N and raise P and K. Your NPK ratio just supports what I'm sayingIt's plant food. Hippies made up "newts."

That proves nothing. Of course its going to help the plants. Did you forget about the potassium in potassium silicate? Potassium will make your plants stronger. Potassium silicate can supposedly help prevent things like powdery mildew and works as a form of pH up, again because of the potassium. As far as it making your plants stronger? Jury still out, at least in my book anyways.I have proof. Why don't you?

The effect of Si on rice production was studied under conditions of soil samples containing low concentrations of Si, with addition of 0, 100, 200 and 400 kg Si ha-1. The Si content of the soil samples increased with the increase in the dose of both silicas, causing an increase in grain yield.
My proof is try it. See how floppy a 4 footer can be without it.
All that think I am trying to flower are wrong. That is the point. So you run the same amount of N as P and K all the way through? Yes, a lot of bullshit flying around. All that think I am trying to flower are wrong. That is the point.
This is a bract that we refuse to allow to flower.
And do you know why they withhold N from flowers?
The flowers look like shit. The pedals are too wild growth to be symmetrical.
"that would be considered..." "most tend to..."
Hippy Myth
We specifically want Nitrogen in Bloom since we never allow a flower. See how they have bullshitted everyone?
There certainly is if you think we are trying to flower this plant.Yes, a lot of bullshit flying around.
I have snapped them twice in opposite direction 6-8 inches apart. I fold that and tape it loosely with blue paper tape. Voila, knock backed the height in 1 minute. But the Cola is still vertical.I always do something in between an LST/Supercrop to combat height problems. Most often, I just "snap" the colas if they gain too much height. I always chose this over raising the Lamp. The resulting plant is full of colas which now grow "horizontally" and as a result, receive more light
I know they can be stubborn. There's no need for tape. What you do is; you "train" the cola horizontally (daily, at first) using the "snapped" point as your leverage. Re-snap the cola if needed- (I usually have to). Be careful, but if done right, the cola will remain attached (even minimally) to the rest of the branch, and it will continue to thrive. After about a week of daily training, the branches will now only grow horizontally, producing FAT buds, due to the new angle of exposure- Happy GrowingI have snapped them twice in opposite direction 6-8 inches apart.
