Mixing Dry Nutes?

I begin flowering with a lot of hydrofeed and a little bloom booster.. by the end its a lot of booster and a little hydrofeed.. I will continue getting good results doing what I'm doing.. If I was in soil I would probably be doing the 20-20-20
Holy hell $100. That's gonna have to wait a week or two

What ratios of that do you mix at what stages of growth? And how do you get your micro nutes?
the hydrofeed contains the micros.. $100?? I think I paid a little less than that.. but the 25# bag will last forever.. Good luck you guys!

I don't really get caught up on the ratios too much.. If they need less N I give less hydrofeed if they need P I give the bloom booster.. If I ran with just the bloom booster through flowering I'm afraid I may end up with stretched plants and a calcium def.

Yeah I planned to buy 25lbs of each. I bought 25lbs of the Jack's Hydro I have now and 25 of the CalNit. It's so cheap that way. For the $100 I'll pay for that it'll make me tens of thousands of gallons of water which will last through potentially hundreds of grows. So yeah it's expensive but worth it in the long run.

Hey by Bloom Booster I assume you mean "Jack’s Classic 10-30-20 Blossom Booster"?

Hey sorry to bring up an old thread, but I had a few questions. About how much of each hydro FeED and Blossom Booster do you use in the beginning of flower to get about the right ppm? And what ratio would you recommend for autoflowers?

If you mix 1 gram each you get 470ppm and an NPK ratio 1-1.3-1.3. That's close to what I do with Grow More Sea Grow in early flower.

If you mix 0.5g and 1.5g you get 1-2-1.6 and 510ppm. That's about what I do in late flower.

I used this spreadsheet to find those amounts. I've never used Jack's. Maybe a Jack's grower can tell you what they do. But, if I were using it for the first time, I'd go with the above.

How about a top dress with cycle specific nutes? I think it would boost the nearly nutrient depleted soil with the right nutes for the job.

Example: use ffof or some other nute rich medium then once switched to 12/12 add a top layer to the soil with a mix of ffof, potash, and bone meal. That would be a high PK nute boost

Okay, I'll give that a shot. I'll have to pick up a scale because my last one broke.

Well my photoperiod plants are in an RDWC system so I'll have to rely on solubles and additives and all that. But I am growing some autoflowers in some FFOF right now, and I will probably need a little nutrients for them later on. I could definitely do like you suggested, or I'm also looking into the Nectar for the Gods line.
