ive got an auto jack here alongside this one, same age started flowering bout a week ago, well if you say 4 weeks veg then i can finish the auto on its schedule, oh i fimd her once actually but it seems like it didnt work it is a 90 percent indica. to the issue of rootboundness im not sure if she was but she filled uop that container pretty niceIt might be a little behind for 5 weeks from seed, but not much. It appears to lean heavily towards indica dominance from the fat leaves, tight nodes, and shorter stocky growth. I highly doubt it was actually root bound, but I'm sure that its about time for a transplant to a larger container to keep growing in.
Do you have other plants or just this one under the 400w? If its just this one plant I would suggest the transplant be to a large container maybe 10-15 gallons. I would wait a week or so until I saw good growth after the transplant, and then top the plant and remove the bottom set of nodes just to clean it up. Then start training the plant so that it spreads out to increase your canopy and make better use of your light. You can tie the branches down, or use a screen to hold them back and spread them out.
If you want to get any amount of yield off this plant and make good use of that light I would veg the plant for another 4-6 weeks honestly. It looks like it has strong stems, and branches starting to grow, so I would bet it can support some nice buds.
how far do you bend it? you got any pics of this method?Well thundercats just said it for me ........repot....top....rather than lst I use a bridge in outherwords use a strong peice of wire to open the plant up so she gets ALL the light to all the plant..(nodes)...that should take u a week after that its into 12/12........Good luck mate...
I agree Cat. He should certainly veg her longer (I would top + super-crop), plus she looks like she needs more N.It might be a little behind for 5 weeks from seed, but not much. Transplant her immediately into a larger pot. Top, and veg her 4-6 wks until she has Many bud-sites PS- you can grow her HUGE under that Lamp, so why not do it? - Happy Growingso erm im trying to see where the answer to my question is but ok thanks guy
Having the auto in there will be great. Keep the lights on a veg schedule, and the auto will keep doing its thing and will flower nicely for you while your photo plant keeps vegging away. Then you can switch the lights to 12/12 once your photo plant is as big as you want it.ive got an auto jack here alongside this one, same age started flowering bout a week ago, well if you say 4 weeks veg then i can finish the auto on its schedule, oh i fimd her once actually but it seems like it didnt work it is a 90 percent indica. to the issue of rootboundness im not sure if she was but she filled uop that container pretty nice

I would feed 1/2 strength Veg (high N) fert. Make sure u have good drainage as well as aeration at root level. Try to let the plant tell you what she needs, and she will.im not sure on the n last time i fed her i got some yellow tips plus i just transplanted her into a bigger pot with plagron lightmix,
Should i continue feeding as normal or lower the dose? or not even use nutes just plain water?
