whats going on my seedlings are 8 to 10 inches from tfive in 4 gallon pots of coco i been ph water give 10 percent of feeding schedule for seedlings there getting no new growth there maybe 4 1/2 days out of coco.
had tallest one flop over and die there all green i got sum burn on 2 plants tips and there flaring up alittle . dont know what to do there maybe an inch tall sum not even with small sets of first actual leaves ... rh at 60 sum times lower.. usauly 81 or 83 with lights on 24/0 what do i do... i give plants got 10 feed them half a gallon everyday and sum times give soil alittle misting. and started giving them litttleee drop of nutes biotaincare luquid karma calmag and silica blast. the firsstt seedling that died i think was cuz of fan trying to cool tent had to high nowi have it on lowest setting and a nother one started to fall over there really green y are they just falling over like that only one died other one i "saved" i hope by jsut bracing it with a paper clip.. pleaseee help what do i do?? i use tap water can that be problem high 10 ph and 100 plus ppm

first thing to do is work on your grammar, were mostly in our late 20s to early 50s around here. Second thing is post pictures. Pictures of the grow speak a thousand words usually. Also if your in coco youll need to get a ppm or ec meter. Its really important so make it a priority. Youll have no way to tell what the heck is going on without knowing how much of anything your adding.
By what your describing im picturing a seedling at 8-10 inches so id guess that your light is too far away or not big enough or incandecent. And if the fan is blowing them over what i do is put a bamboo sqewer from the grocery store next to them and tie them to it between the coty leaves and the first set of leaves and then take them off in a week once the stems harden.

man im lost for words ,i didnt really understand what you were trying to say but i did get the coco and the heat,do you have any fresh air going into tent if not you need to do that .do you have exuhast fan and filter for smell you need that ,when they start to grow you will see why trust me.like alien said you need to no what your doing growing in coco isnt like soil ,you have to feed diffrently and coco drys out quicker ,but you really need to work on the heat issues especaily 24hrs .what kind of light you running ,all in all those were some great pics,anyway hope i helped a little

Maybe if these sputter out, you could try soil. Most people get off to an ok start with it. a good soil is ph'd correctly, and seedling mix will help feed the little ones without burning. Good luck.

See, pictures help. Your containers are way too big. Theres a good chance they are dying and falling over because theyre damping off because the containers are too big. If you water too much then it will never dry out and the plants damp off, fall over, and die. The way its done is to germinate in a small container and when the top of the plant is the size of the container then its time to transplant into something larger. If those were my plants id replant them. I just thought of this because ive seen this problem so many times. Seriously it gets posted three times a month probably. Tell me what you think of this solution, ill probably post a thread about it.

Take a tin can and remove the top and bottom. Then place it around the plant and push it down while rotating it back and forth gently until its almost totally burried. Then reach down into the dirt with your hand and scoop out the plant, dirt, and can all in one grab and set it onto the lid that has a couple holes punched in it for drainage. The whole thing could sit on a saucer.

Ya think it would work?

I start and finish my autos in a five gallon smart pots so I know for a fact it can be done. Been doing it that way for years. You only need to be careful how much you water for the first few weeks. I use soil so I usually don't feed for the first few weeks but I do water with just tap water. Until the plant is established and ready for nutes dont soak five gallons of soil for a small seedling.

I have used 3 gallon hempy buckets from start to finish for auto's...they are slow to start but eventually kick into gear

Gonna try and transplant into solo cups and cut out bottom and see if I can save them i think I'm gonna go to photos in soil I don't think it helps that sum of my he genetics aren't sogoodd

Also I don't understand it stays at 84 got to 90 twice caught it and lowered temp gonna put my 6 inch duct fan and filter on a timer didn't think I need it yet.

I'm new as well but pretty sure having your water at a 10 on the pH scale isn't great

I start autos in 3 gal containers. I think you did the right thing. I'm not sure plastic bags are appropriate for containers.

When I start in a large container it takes awhile to get above-ground growth. Seems to spend a lot of time developing underground.

Ya you guys are pros. This guys on his first grow. If you water spareingly its possible, i bet you and i could start photos in 15 gallon pots and be just fine. The reality is that this dudes failing and the plants are falling over, my guess is over watering due to pot size and lack of proper watering techniqe cause i doubt that ph is going knock a sprout over, but damping off will lol
