You dont have herm genetics. I never find a herm.

With our own genetics, like 30 or more each time because we only got so much space right now. We also created our very own skunk OG strains from the genetics we have and it just showed up out of the blue after I crossed a lemon skunk with an unknown purple skunk. So most of the genetics are crossed with an unknown purple skunk male that was used as a base to stabilize the gene pool. I got the purple skunk from a local friend who passed away from throat cancer. How many plants do you select from
Some of the best strains come from herm seeds, GG#4 is a great example of this. Most times herm is due to grower error, only rarely is it genetic, and even when it's genetic it's not always bad. Trainwreck is an example of genetic hermaphroditism, and it is good enough that people have put up with that trait.I should have posted this before buying, I hope I'm not wasting all this effort on hermaphrodite plants. Is it possible for a hermaphrodites seeds to be normal? Or do they only produce other hermies?
I am not sure I agree completely, yeah some good comes from them but passing down the genetic trait only keeps it around longer. I am more of a believer that it is genetics over grower error. Especially when testing strains that repeatedly do the same thing under different variables. Cali Con is built on herms so it isn't all bad but you have to dig through a huge pile of shit to find treasure. Some of the best strains come from herm seeds, GG#4 is a great example of this. Well it's easy to tell because true hermaphrodites and environment induced self pollination (Which is the more correct term for what most people call "herms") look different. When a female plant grows male flowers in an attempt to self pollinate (e.g. because of environmental stresses, or from going very late into flower without being pollinated) the male flowers will grow on separate nodes from the female flowers. So you will see female buds, and then at some joints you will see small clusters of male flowers, but they will be separate. In actual genetic hermaphrodites, the male and female flowers will be on the same node, so you will see male flowers within budding clusters of calyxes. Now, the genetic predisposition to self pollinate when stressed can ALSO be passed down, but will grow without male flowers under whatever it considers optimal conditions, whereas genetic hermaphrodites will always produce intersexed flowers regardless of environment.Poor guy, may he rest in peace.
I wish you the best in your journeys wherever they take you. Nothing wrong with

I agree, DO NOT BUY FROM CANNABIS-SEED.US ---Cannabis seeds USA will never get my money again. Bought the ten Columbian sseds. Not a single seed germinated. Bought three of the feminized grandaddy perps. Two were males. The third is a sparse plant that is very slow to mature, with scraggly small flowers. Guess I should have done my homework.
