from what I read it's like they are giving away the win to MMAR growers.... but is it because they want to appeal or give up? it's kinda weird how it's evolving .... isn't there some sort of mercy rule the judge can put in place ... like the crown is fucked and this won by the MMAR growers??? just wierd

They will appeal, they will most likely lose that too. Like I said before, this is nothing new, people have been fighting the government in court for 20+ years on the issue of access. The Crown has never won a significant decision, they aren't going to win this one. Prohibition has even been struck down more then once, but reinstated with Hellth Canaduh's bullshit exemptions. They will be on the wrong side of history yet again.

I agree, the whole thing is one giant waste of tax payer money. The problem is this is a hostile government that ignores the will of it's people and Hellth Canaduh is a rogue government agency that ignores science.

Anybody know how many lawsuits Hellth Canaduh is currently involved in? Or the Harper gooberment for that matter? We aren't the only ones fighting them. Start adding up all those dollars.

they spent millions every year on pending law suits as well as stuff they appeal....
just because they can....its like a lawyer make work project.
but they are special...since they are gov. lawyers....
its like working with zero restraint, while giving zero F--Ks

ultimately its our fault I guess...since as sheeple....we let it happen.
putting one or two good politicians in to the gov will never change anything....
we need the whole group of them to be people...that will do the right thing.
educating the public...on a simple fact that if you want real change...you need to
start at the local level and form a peoples movement..then elect those people
to make the changes we all need to see in gov....changes that protect the people.... changes that are not based on
corporate profit protection, but rather on looking after the environment and people...
right now rules get made to protect big bis interests....
so connect with like minded people in your local communities and lets replace all of the politicians with
people.... real people

i agree but we have a wonky system i think. i HAVE to vote for my area & that's it. if the best person for the job happens to be a Conservative, that's a vote for Harper so i wouldn't do that so it's on to the second best...and i look at their leader & think "do I want that running my country?" i am forced to take the lesser of the evils
i like the US voting. you can vote who you want locally but you also vote for the leader. i don't understand why we can't do that here
