I have already built 5 CXA 3590's and about to build 3 more before I get my CXB's which I'll be running 5 per HLG-185H-C500A driver, 10 per heat sink 10" X 24". I'll be making 4 of those which will be my area 51 slayer and if Area 51 was to make the same light it would be $2800 for a 360 watt panel.

So now youre baiting led companies? Thats pretty pathetic. Everyone can make cheaper lights when they don't have overhead costs that are required to run a business.
Yep. It's time someone did lol. It's funny when people can't take a joke. My lights are better I'm just fortunate enough to be good with my hands and like building shit. I've been wanting to make my own led since 2009 but never got around to do it. By the way the computer I'm trolling on I built lol. But I'm serious that Area 51 was to make the same light it would be $2800 because he has to run a business that's why I won't buy any more led lights. I bought the Mars light just too see if leds work and they do and that's when I said fuck it time to build.

Almost the same as profile my profile pic because they are 10" X 24" and cost roughly $100 each. I've already purchased 14 HLG-185H-C700A and 2 HLG-185H-C500A and I need six more. I will be starting a thread of my new builds once I get one of a few orders pending.

I am the owner of A51, which is no secret, and I am not at all offended by this thread.

DIY and ready built lights are 2 different worlds. If you know how to build your own light and have the time to do it, by all means, you should do it.

If you don't know how to Do It Yourself, there's companies that you can pay to do it for you.

@REALSTYLES good luck with your light, I'm sure it'll work great.

I know it's two different worlds and me making these lights aren't cheap either. it's like $700 in parts let alone the time to put it together(labor cost) Plus I never said your lights sucks so I'm glad you see I wasn't attack you.

was that $700 per panel or for all 3? I am considering going the diy route for 2 4x4 tents. I wanted to go with area 51 but running four 150s would cost 2k per tent.
