Is the intention to use 1 panel per 4'x4' area? That would put you at somewhere between 12-14 PARW/sqft.
When I get the new CXB3590's it will be an Area 51 slayer

No I'm greedy I'll be using 2 panels I know it's over kill but I can turn them down during the summer and crank that shit up to keep them warm in the winter lol all with little or no a/c, which I'm shooting for.

You could grow 10 foot tall plants with 2 of those per 4x4! lol between 24-28 PAR W/sqft is a shit ton of light!!

Hey guy the 413w is the CXA's on a 700ma that's gonna be sent to me soon and the CXB's will follow afterwards the 360w but both will be the Mean Well 500ma A version. I'm fucking stoned out of my mind. My the last run which was my first led grow I got 1136 grams from 2305watts (true watts) of Mars II lights 21 strains it was 22 but one of the plants hermied. I thought I caught it time but I've found a few seeds( not a bunch) in each strain and I guess you can say I bred some new strains and the plant that hermied was a free seed from one of my orders from Bonza seed but I don't know the name of it because they didn't label it.

I'll be watching. I made 3 "light bars" I am using which consists of 6 Vero 29's 3k and 3 Vero 29 5k. I'm at wk 6 and the second week of bloom. Amazing. 4x4 area. I have approximately $300 per panel not counting labor. That's using emi/rfi filters, protection relays etc. All dimmable.

Overhead, true, but a business is not in business to break even, it is in business to make a profit. I think it is great that Realstyles is cutting out the middleman, getting his hands dirt, and is learning a great deal and sharing what he learns so that those of us who want to build our own can do so while avoiding some of the pitfalls that he has encountered.

My drivers are not mounted to heat sinks. They are sealed. I do use Arctic 11 coolers for the cobs.

I've been interested in diy cob's for some time and will build one sometime. @REALSTYLES i see your also in socal, I'm wondering if you've had to dial them down in this heat wave. I have no idea how hot those size panels run.

Yes I did before the heat wave. I had to because of the seedlings way too strong. I almost fried the poor things.
Yeah that's all fine and dandy.. But he sounds a little too much like a salesman to me. That's all I have to say about it.
