But its been proven from the HC people's testimony they dont't care, use(d) unqualified people with made up stats for consulting on the MMAR system. I don't know if he has the power but if he does I can see him telling HC to get with it and you have this amount of time to fir MMAR. I think he also sees that they did it but in a way so that if would fail in the long run.
yeah-give it back to the same people who messed it up the first time. I can see it now...haha the HC witness was so clueless & "I don't care attitude" it was sickening. the cop & fire guy had no real stats so it was all fear mongering. i hope they make a system where we all are satisfied but i think i would be just dreaming if that happens....sigh
The judge doesn't legislate the changes, they don't have that power unfortunately. He will tell HC where and why the MMPR is unconstitutional and it will be up to HC to implement changes that leave whatever program "constitutionally sound". IE: judge will say access is impeded, will be up to HC to ensure access, however they choose to do that the judge has no real say. Hence why HC will do the bare minimum they think they can get away with. Judge might be able to make recommendations (strike cannabis from the CDSA etc) but it will be up to HC to actually come up with everything, and as we know they suck a dick when it comes to cannabis.

Trudeau's plan is for legalization. It doesn't distinguish between recreational and medical so far. He's also allowing personal production and almost everything else we as med patients have been fighting for. I'm not saying he will be our savior or anything, I just want to know the ramifications if legalization occurs before the end of this trial.
