Best time to pull out Male

Hey guys I got some regular seeds fro mExotic Genetix after weeks I cut some clones and I flipped a few 5 days ago to see which are females. Is there any time frame to look at when it comes to looking at the plant and saying F@ck it might be a male but let me wait another um how many more days just to be sure if they arent pistils..I say this because i have those clones in my flower room i dont want to f up my whole run lol..

am i making sence? lool (high mode on)..

Not sure how a male will look any different that you would say it "might" be a male. Once you see balls, and you're not collecting pollen, it's time to pull him out. Some will take longer than others to show sex.

Its a fine line because the male sacks can appear almost overnight and burst just as quick.

Well I'm constantly monitoring them so I hope I can snatch any males before is to late.

Eh man, they have to swell and burst, my males usually take atleast a week, and closer to two weeks before they become anywhere close to dropping pollen. Most of my males take longer than that, those are the early males.
Give them time because sometimes what looks like the makings of balls, actually burst open with pistils after a few days.
If that ball turns into a cluster of balls, cull it.

Or seperate it from the females, you dont need much light at all, put a cheap cfl over it, boxed into a corner somewhere. Water it with straight water (no reason to waste nutrients) and be ready to collect some pollen in a small tupperware dish when it starts dropping pollen. Then cull it, store the pollen and you can make seeds easily in the future.

All of the above, it's difficult to nail it down, so many strains/variables. Keeping a close eye on it is about the only method. They're usually pretty easy to spot before you need to worry, the odd one may pop balls and burst quick but typically you have a week or two before there's much danger of unintended pollination. I love males, took me 11 reg seeds to get one recently, damn things pop up everywhere when you're not looking for pollen, then nothing but fems when you're trying to get one - lol

Some strains you can keep the sacs and nanners under control. Others are just a lost cause, and you just have to cull them. I would say pull them off and keep going unless they are throwing them constantly. Some of the best strains have a slight herm tendency. Breeders Boutique Dog S1 is a great example. Might throw sacs and nanners, but is very worth the effort it takes to stay on top of them until harvest.

i've noticed that once i put to flower, a male will show himself anywhere from six to ten days. i usually wait for two or three days to confirm that it is a male (it becomes very obvious in just a day or so) because once i thought i had a male starting to show and the next day it was obvious she was a girl; i had thought it might be male because she started to show so quickly. i've also noticed it takes about 14-18 days for the males to start popping pollen and i usually remove the males that i want to harvest pollen from at day 14 in flower to their own spot.
