ok so im wanting to know if it will be ok to bend main stem down and tie it even with the side branches so they can get moor light to and I can lower my light some , or will that not be ok here is a picture to show what i want to do.... ist a auto flower so its not going to get much bigger pic 2 is my plant

Go ahead, i do it to all of them, just pinch it slowly untill u feel is enough to bend it. and watch the rest catching up =)

i was not going to pinch it just tie it down if i do the stim pinch snap thing to my auto it will slow her down allot

Well i pinch all of mine but some plants have hardier stems, (hardier? lol u know what i ment lol) u can spray them with silica or also feed them silica they will bend so easy =) (after a few doses of silica )

U can pretty much do anything to a plant bro bend it pinch it trim it u should read about super cropping
