There is a lot to loose defending Israel against a Nuclear Iran. Most people are not aware of how Israel got their nuclear program, ...they stole it from the Pittsburg area in 1968. It was weighed in the tons.

Most people are not aware that when Russia tried to put Israel in check to surrender it`s Nukes, after the theft, the US countered and a stalemate was the order of the day with permission to launch when the Russians take action. 4 days go by and Russia is deciding Israel`s fate, hands are on buttons and Russia sets her weapons on kill. To speed up the action or start the conflict Israel decide that they would strip their planes of markings, (ghost riders) and attack a US spy ship (USS Liberty) hoping that the US would blame and attack Russia in return. Israel was caught because Liberty had a hell of a Skipper and crew and managed to survive the sinking attempt.

John McCain does not want to be the Senator remembered for protecting the guys that stole our shit. He will be berated in the press with no hope of staying in politics. Just like a Democrat or Clinton, ...he will change to fit in again.
