Yea but that pretty expensive . If you want o shop local just get a cfl that you posted earlier that will work just fine

you don't ...... Just use the cfls all through clones and seedlings

straight away ....... But becarefull not to burn them .

rule of thumb: if the back of your hand is comfortable with the light heat ..... Your plant is too
