You do realize this isnt a subject that requires extreme intelligence to grasp , they just want something to argue about , there's alot of that around here , the longer your here the more you'll see where there are members who's mission is to find any fault in other members posts .no the fraud would be committed by the tennant not the liscensed pro. doing his job.i am acting" in good faith" look it up its a legal term.i do not asume everyone is screwing everyone else.i can assume the caller owns the property or tennant has recieved permission.if you dont understand that then nothing is going to help you red.
Wrong again bud , we are landlords & we welcome hydroponic growers to rent our homes , i even do any electrical & plumbing upgrades they need myself for a small fee .I don't think many landlords would think their property converted to an illegal grow house would be an "improvement".
Yes its FZ but not You are what you is , its from The Thing Fish album/broadway musical play .I saw it on a Zappa album somewhere :you are what you is?
My lease is up in Oct. I pay my rent on time, have some amazing references, and great credit/income.... Wassup??? Id love to have a landlord that's cool with me growing. Shit I will pay extra for it. I actually heard there are rentals like that in the springs just have no clue how to find them.....PEACE!Wrong again bud , we are landlords & we welcome hydroponic growers to rent our homes , i even do any electrical & plumbing upgrades they need myself for a small fee .
Growers with a nice home in a nice area tend to stay yrs longer than non growers so we welcome growers ,assuming they pass a credit check .
Where are you at , were in Michigan & have a gorgeous home down river area thats just about finished being remodeled & updated & should be ready to rent as soon as we get an occupancy permit , my son owns the business now but he loves hydro growers for tenants as well , they keep the yard clean & tend to keep the interior of the home in order too , plus they stay for years .My lease is up in Oct. Actually i think there are quite a few landlords in legal states that have became aware of the financial gain to be had from renting to legal growers , its a topic talked about at our landlord association, landlords with homes in bad areas where the turn over rate is huge are now looking for legal growers to rent their low income homes long term to be used as legal grow op's .Dang I'm in Colorado. Its really cool y'all do that. Wish more landlords were like you.
Why are you trying to make this about you?no the fraud would be committed by the tennant not the liscensed pro. doing his job.i am acting" in good faith" look it up its a legal term.i do not asume everyone is screwing everyone else.i can assume the caller owns the property or tennant has recieved permission.if you dont understand that then nothing is going to help you red.
You're wrong there. I sold a house a few years ago. Turns out there was a lien on the house. Some scam artist who had never even been to the property. A licensed electrician, at that. Because of the delay, the buyer went elsewhere. During the delay, the largest employer in the area laid off half their workforce This caused demand to drop to nothing. I ended up losing $36,000 off the sales price. So a dishonest contractor cost me $36,000.. No, the contractor never got a dime from me, but it still cost me a bundle. You're a little too smug in your limited viewpoint. You clearly don't know what a lien does, you just think you do.Bank loans , fraud & conspiracy wtf are you talking about , a contractor lein is a simple $ amount attached to the property , if the owner sells the property title escro catches the lein , homeowner disputes the lein , title company gives contractor 5 - 30 days to file civil suit against property owner , if no suit is made property is sold , simple .
Just because contractors CAN put liens on property dont mean shit , for a lien to be inforced both parties have to show up in court , how the fuk is a contractor gonna get a dime out of me the property owner if i never entered into a contract with the company .
Nobody is wrong you just dont understand wtf a lien does .
If you welcome an illegal grow op into your property, the property is seized in states where pot is still illegal. You disregard he wasn't legally growing. Too eager to be "right" rather than pay attention?Wrong again bud , we are landlords & we welcome hydroponic growers to rent our homes , i even do any electrical & plumbing upgrades they need myself for a small fee .

i bet you if i was the contractor on that lien i would have gotten paid or force a sale on the house. You're wrong there. I sold a house a few years ago. Turns out there was a lien on the house. [QUOTE="Red1966, post: 11417061, member: 358941 Some scam artist who had never even been to the property.[/QUOTE]sounds like someone didnt pay someone who performed work at your house.you do have to prove you did work on that address like building inspection final and you will get paid.
