You have no way of knowing if the railroad management people may have sprayed poison to keep plants and bushes away from the tracks, or if a animal may have urinated on it or not. Didn't say it was bad for the plant, and once the plant turned the nitrogen from urea into usable nitrogen it wouldn't hurt you to smoke it but might taste kinda bad. If you smoked a plant with rat piss it would most likely poison you, and you would probably die.
