Crazy to transplant so many times, 1 or 0 transplants is better, just make sure you don't overwater the bigger pot while your plant is smaller.

i go from solo cup size pots to 5litre to 20 litres, i also use plant magic granuals and have no problems with them settling in to the lager pots, within a week theres roots at the bottom, i agree about carefull watering if going up to large pots early, the way i do it suits me as the way i look at it replenishing the soil especially a week or so before flip means less need for veg feeds and a good fresh soil for flowering,

I read somewhere that going onstages develops a good root ball i will try one straight to a 20l then do the others same as last see which is easier thanks mate

I usually go from 12 oz to 1 quart to 6 gallon.

If you know how to transplant the plant will never miss a beat.

Here's how to do it:

Water your plant well one day in advance

Take the potted plant, or an identical shaped pot, and "plant" it in your new medium. i.e. plant "the pot".
Take the pot off the plant
Plop it into the perfectly sized hole you just created
scruff up the surface and water and firm it in.

Whatever you just repotted will never know it was just repotted.

Easy

Why would you say not to if its organic ?
I didn't say not to if your in organic soil I said you'd be better served not to...

By going into the final pot so early your putting extra burden on your soil. If you go into that final pot right before flowering you'll get more out of it

Try to do just 2-3 potups, its a fucking hassle to the growers and even more of a shit dream for the plant...all about transplant shock, next time you pot up, .. foilar spray with a vitamin B solution good for plant shock at your garden center ...if you ever grow autos avoid pot up at all times is way too much of a shock to autos that just delays growth.
For photos ..plant to a 4 inch pot then a 3 gallon in about 2-3 weeks, ...if you intend to veg longer like months ..pot up every 2 months ...but the golden rule is

One US gallon for every month the plants gonna be with you or 1x liter a week if in Europe or oz
