My old ass aint movin a muscle , by the time the defacto thugs get past the two 160 lb guard dogs on duty outdoors i'll be armed to the teeth , second layer of defense is my wifes personal guard dog , when he growls i just spray the area , rinse repeat call 911 & tell em to bring a hurse .

there is a validation factor there big time. Reason has everything to do with it. If somebody goes around attacking people for no valid reason, they probably won't be around long and usually whatever happens to them is their own fault.

just my opinion but yeah theoretically people should not fuck with somebody without a valid reason.

Usually when the village idiot acts so,the locals stone him away..
I'm running after the attacker.id want the same done for me if I was defenseless in a crowd.I bet those guys in the theatre did also...

there are some whack jobs and yeah a lot of people do keep guns including myself and rightfully so. Road rage is some crazy shit too. You never know who is fucking on the edge, maybe someone who just got a divorce, lost there house, job, and just don't give a fuck, with a loaded pistil on their lap..

Hell it's best to laugh shit off .. shit just aint that deep for me.
I try to enjoy life it's too short anyway. Nowadays I worry about getting shot by the police more than anyone else lol they seem to be on the rampage and trigger happy maybe more than the gangs it seems

I don't know to what extent I can hold my own. I'm old and chilled now. When I was a teenager I thought nothing of fighting with two girls. That's decades ago now. Assertiveness has taken place of aggression.
Everywhere I go people know me and situations don't arise. I don't feel vulnerable either and just walked 10 mins home from the metro at 2am.
I lost a lot of respect for my ex because he couldn't stand up for himself yet this boyfriend now is the complete opposite.

I had a gangster ass ex,and it rocked..I met her,she had an SKS loaded under her mattress,and told me of beating a girl in the head with a cueball and a sock for fucking her boyfriend at the time..she also pulled a 40oz out on my ex(she was starting shit,I don't blame her)..

At 16 I had a guy try to rob me at gun point at a body shop. I calmly talked to him until I got a one foot flat head screw driver in my hand. The situation was diffused when the boss got back and had his gun and cops called.

I was calm and made the decision to stab that mother fucker in the jugular.

Afterwards I threw up. I have since then trained in various disciplines and always pack a 9mm.

Come at me or my family and I will end you. So yes I can handle my self.

Plus I grew up loving a good fist fight. I won't lie I have had my ass beat a few times. Once so bad I was in the hospital. It took four cowards to do it.

I've never lost a fight(unless you count the missus)..I attributed that to never getting g involved in one that didn't need involvement..

Sure you're a badass and wanna prove it by yelling,cussing,emvarrasing me..IDC...but touch me or look at my children,cut.game over,bodys down,red tape everywhere...that's how I roll,and being fair has saved me a lot of swollen knuckles..

We moved to a neighborhood. The neighbor, a grown man, would come over. He told me I had beautiful kids. Got to know him a little. One day my wife was looking at the state police sex offender web site. He was on it.

I thought about what he said about my kids. I lost it and grabbed my gun. I was thinking of shooting him. My wife calmed me down. We called the police and reported it.

The next day my dad come by for me to work on his truck. My girl was outside with us. The neighbor walked over. My dad said stay calm and call the police.

The first words out of the neighbors mouth was a comment on my 3 year old girl. I flew mad. Crying I was so mad. I almost killed that guy. I beat the breaks off him.

Police show up. It was on record where we called. The cop said "looks like he tried to grab your daughter." I said yes. He went to jail. No charges for me.
