Hello I was posting wondering if an Window Ac unit brings fresh air for plants & is it healthy for them? I know its dehumidified air & I plan on making up the difference if any with a Humidifier/Dehumidifier.
You still need a fresh air source. The negative pressure of the tent keeps the parasites out and keeps the odor from escaping. If you have sealed hoods, you can draw and vent directly to the outside without worrying about odor.By definition, a sealed room has no fresh air- that's the point. It keeps out contaminants.
I agree there SHOULD be fresh air, but the true sealed room concept has no fresh air coming in.You still need a fresh air source. When there's negative pressure, any hole or crack is sucking air in and could contaminate your space. The negative pressure of the tent keeps the parasites out and keeps the odor from escaping.
