Fighting for me is no big deal I laugh the whole entire time usually or try to make other laugh.

I'm mellow and avoid street fights and people avoid fights with me too because I'm so lazy faire about it and after all the years of competitive boxing and kickboxing look like a scrapper. Nose bent half sideways, split eyebrow, and even if you don't train for a few years you still keep much of the build you had from years and years of daily training.
When your in a gym doing real training with other guys doing the same you loose your fear of other humans, you're brain rewires the fight or flight system so being in a fight is not a big deal at all. If your in the gym everyday getting punched in the face by trained fighters what is some lardass that would have a stroke if he even tried to do half of you daily routines going to do to you?
Bottom line is you can only "hold your own" if you train most days of the week for hours each day. Other than that it requires someone else in just as bad shape as you that also doesn't know how to fight either or a gun/knife.
If people want to fight they need to keep it in a sporting environment and train for it or you just end up in jail or the hospital. Not worth it.
