did I ruin my t break?

Ive been on a t break lately, not because I dont get high anymore ,though. I used to smoke about twice a week, and decided to stop for a bit. For one thing, I tend to do it at night, and when I wake up I feel a little high hangover for the rest of the next day. Now im into bodybuilding and weight lifting, and the little hangover always stops me from advancing in weight, and cause a shitty lazy workout. Another reason is because I wanted to feel like what it was to get completely fucked again. So I decided to take a month break. It was all going good, then two weeks into it on saturday my friends where with me and they decided to toke. One of them were bragging how this shit was so dank, and how I needed to take some hits. I agreed but took 2 tiny ass hits, like barley any smoke came out. one was a hit off a carb, and the other he lit the bowl but still didnt get much from It, both small. I felt buzzed from it, but not high. My question is, did those two weeks ruin my months t break? I read somewhere you need to wait for it it leave your system completely, or else the t break will fail.

im sorry to say but you did ruin you're t break you were buzzed so the thc did enter your system, I have been on plenty of t-breaks so in conclusion i'd say I'm an expert on them so I know all.about them so yea you did ruin it I hope you didn't have anything important that you were taking that t break for :|

the fact you wake up tired confirms this.
make sure you smoke at least every night until you get a nice big tolerance and no weed hangover.
soon you will be able to smoke bongs in the car park before and after gym without the side effects
IDK about that, I've been smoking for 15+ yrs, 5+yrs daily and i still get minor hangover feeling in the morning. I just smoke to get rid of the feeling, but that kills ambition for me.

I usually get nice n ripped before heading to the gym...the combination of the pre work out and marijuana get you real fucked up... because the pre work out it a hemo dialator(sp)...expands blood vessels...thus carrying the THC quicker....I dunno

As far as a tolerance break, what you did didn't hurt, you don't smoke nearly enough for it to make a difference, really. If it was for a drug test..you need to restart.

I just realized..... the less you smoke....leaves more for us.

no, its not for a test. Its for tolerence only. Im asking if it would ruin my tolerence break as in will I get just as fucked up after the t break after I took those 2 small hits apposed it if I didnt take them.
