Are your leaves crispy? 86F, 16RH and I assume <5-600 ppm CO2, your Accurite is correct, low. Switching to hydroponics will increase your humidity in your grow area, that and adding a humidifier but sounds like you don't want to? Running AC? Buckets of water in your area will not increase humidity much if any with an AC that is lowering your humidity, but a humidifier will work. If you are not using ac and are cooling by extracting hot air / pulling in cool air, change the humidity with a humidifier in the room where the cool air is being brought in from.

Its not that I don't want to use a humidifier, I just don't have the money to buy one right now and I have a window AC unit i Can put in if that's what you mean. And the plant looks like this.

My humidty is like 30% with the dam humidifier, ive asked people and they say if you can get it about 30 youll just have to water it more often but itll be good. Im on my first grow, and the5re doing well.

you can try a long terry cloth strip maybe 18-24 inches wide hanging from the ceiling with one end in a bucket of water so it wicks and a fan blowing on it. don't know how much this will increase the RH however. FWIW keep your eyes open for humidifiers going on sale in places like Meijers or Kmart. Usually some after winter is over.

You want higher RH? Drop the temperature then if you're able to.
The moisture holding capacity of air increases dramatically with increasing air temperature. Lower temps = higher RH.

Getting your temp down is more important than raising your rh. Why so hot? Do you have a fan circulating air around her?

Yeah I have 2 actually, idk why its so hot

If it doesn't feel like 86F to you, check to make sure you thermometer is not supposed to be set up in shade. My accurite sensors say to not be in direct light for accurate readings.

Bucket of water with holes drilled round top third then hang fan directly of bucket actually in it above the water level this works well even better if you can seal the gap between fan and bucket just leave a little hole to refill it

You da man haha, put the AC in, 10 mins later...
EDIT: its at 39% now :)

Now seeing it's a seedling you are growing, a humidity dome would of been my first suggestion.

Sog's advice certainly brought the temp down and humidity up, still at 39%RH putting a dome over it will bring it up 60-70+%RH till it gets a node or two at least before dome off. My night/day temp & RH goes like, seedlings I range 75-85F 70-85%RH, veg I range 70-75F 50-65%RH, flower I range 65-75 <50%RH. If I am using CO2 veg and flower temps stay between 78-85F for day time. Is this a recipe for your success, nope, just letting you know what I have learned what works for my plants, now you are on your path to discover and learn what works for yours.
