Figure out venting first as it's absolutely required (it's where the carbon/scent filter goes) unless you are ok with the whole house and even near the house smelling like wonderful green weed. You will need the dehumidifier down there, but temps will be easier from the cooling effect of concrete.

Buy a 400w it will be bud plants and to get humidity down without a dehumidifier use these I use 8 in my tent in full flower this was 1 400w 4 plants

I would not use those nutrients myself. They don't look like they have the proper N-P-K ratio for veg or flower.

Plus using a fish based nute in a hydroponic setup is just asking to be overwhelmed with bad bacteria. Ditch those nutes and just get the light.

They'd probably be OK for a soil based vegetable garden tho, if you have one of those

Hello sir. What exactly is a good ratio for veg or flower specifically for cannabis? I think the answer is: N/A. Hydro seems irrelevant since op's in dirt...? Not trying to be a dick, just.........not sure where you're going w/ the info. Ur right, it'd be great for a vegetable garden, and luckily marijuana being a... plant ... grows just as easy as garden vegetables!

Not sure if anyone already touched on this, as Im to stoned to read all of these posts, but please do yourself a favor and remove that aluminum foil dude.. That shit doesn't reflect well at all and actually folds and causes heat scars within the foil and instead of reflecting end up heating up... Use Mylar or Panda Film ALWAYS a must for indoor growing. (of course you could paint the walls solid white) But way more efficient for Mylar or Panda film, Green mojo to ya!

I was thinking the 2-2-2 ratio listed on the bottles wouldn't be great for flower, I'd use it for veg, I've always used closer to a 1-2-3 or 2-2-3 ratio for flower, and since I thought he was in hydro anyways that it probably wouldn't mix well with a DWC system anyways so advised against it. Just because imo organics made from fish will slime up a DWC something fierce I imagine. But, mute point for the conversation I guess.

You are among the few who made your opinion known without injecting anger into your response, and that speaks to your maturity and self confidence.
Would you agree that pictures are best when they are in focus, well framed and lighted properly? If a picture isn't clear you may be able to figure out what's going on, but it's neither as easy or as impressive as a really good picture. Same with words. That's all I'm saying. Words are the way humans communicate. Let's keep getting better at it, not worse.

So, no need to come across offended as this is only constructive criticism, and to be frank, if your going to be offended by that then I would recommend not asking for advice, or posting on a forum...I do agree, I could have came across a bit different, but I just never understand why people use tin foil... Like seriously look at that first pic you posted.. Its completely wrinkled and smashed up... So it's just one of the pet peeves of mine I guess..
