I\ a racist has every right to control his OWN body and his OWN property.
until it harms others, like it did before civil rights.

don't you deny that blacks were ever harmed by these practices before civil rights? you do.

you're no different than a holocaust denier.

I don't hate my son. I wouldn't want him to take away another persons right to chose their own path and I would defend him if anybody tried to take away his right to chose his own path.

Also, the Klan shit is a little silly. Could you please go back to Pedo stuff or talking about your penis? Thanks little fellow.
Why do you believe a shop owner should have the right to deny goods/services based on race, color, religion, sex, or gender when the civil rights act of 1964 clearly states they shouldn't and that it's discriminatory?

Oh alright, don't shit your pants.

The most peaceful way is for all parties involved to agree that if the interaction isn't consensual, it shouldn't happen. A person that insists on making it happen, has become the aggressor.
fifth try.

so then what is the least aggressive, most peaceful way to kick your gay son out of a store because he is gay?

You may be a member of the KKK, if:

You believe in Sasquatch.
Believe that people have the right to discriminate against others because it's their god given right.
Believe the government is forcibly coercive.
Repeat Fox News talking points and neo-conservative partisan rhetoric.

You will defend him if someone denies his ability to choose his own path by purchasing goods necessary for him to survive? That would be a complete contradiction to what you've been saying.

So what you're saying is that is ok for everyone else to be discriminated against, but it's not nice when it's done to you or your gay son?

Bigot. Check.
Racist. Check.
Hypocrite. Check.
Coward. Check.
Liar. Check.

Well thank you for that , i try not to be a dick so im glad somebody notices (: I am a very anti government kinda guy my own self .

I think i get what your saying where you dont believe in ANY type of forced interaction , i would agree if the interaction was taking place at a persons home , or at their place of worship where they are free to exercise any religious beliefs they have .

However the interaction were talking about takes place in the public realm , in a place of business that is subject to regulation , not a place of worship not subject to regulation .
Thanks for being reasonable. Certainly, people who discriminate on the basis of gender preference and race are not the kind of people I'd associate with. I still don't think that gives me the right to force them to serve me or anybody else though.

You are right, I don't believe any forced associations are the way to go. Hence, I reject coercive government and that which springs from it. Peace.

go hug your gay son.

then call him a rapist if he offers money to vendors for goods and services.

then call it voluntary and consensual if he offers money to small children for sex.
Shit Buck, why the fuck do you just gotta attack the guy? There was nothing but vile hate in that post.

The civil rights act changed the nature of what private property is and created a government controlled kind of property.

Why do you believe it is okay to use force to make another person serve you if they would prefer not to interact with you?

those are his actual beliefs, i was simply restating rob's own beliefs, murdoch.
I actually agree with you on this particular point (that business owners shouldn't be allowed to discriminate against gays or anyone). But damn, you'll use every low-down personal attack at your disposal to attack your debate adversary. You're a real cutthroat, Buck.

Can you explain how enforcing equal protection against discrimination in a business means the government now controls that property? Do you believe enforcing food regulations means the government "controls" the food industry?

It's OK to use force to make another person serve me if they would prefer not to interact with me because it's discriminatory if they don't and discrimination is harmful and I don't believe people have the right to harm people

News flash...the government very much is part of the control of food production.

Equal protection of property means the owner would be protected from other people declaring the use of his property. This would apply to any person owning property regardless of race or gender.

Equal protection of your body means other people don't declare how you will use your OWN body.

Say what???

here he describes paying a child for sex as a voluntary act.

Do you remember lil' Bucky when you earned your first couple of bucks as a kid mowing somebodies lawn or in your case maybe letting the creep down the street touch you in special places...When you earned that money it was because you had made a voluntary agreement. If you did X , somebody would pay you Y.
here he argues that just because pedophilia is bad doesn't make it not consensual.

I never heard you answer my question though, if the nature of an act, even if it is reprehensible, can change whether or not the participants consented to it ?
