I swear I live in a cartoon some days. Other day I'm working on my 3d printer putting together the extruder assembly and a bolt actually breaks (it's only an M3) and the spring that was on it flies up and hits me right in the eye. I go reeling back and hit the table that my little tent is sitting on and I didn't think anything of it - I'm obviously distracted. Turns out I knocked it enough to do something with one of the hangers for my light so it's been sitting right on one of my plants for a few days. No bueno. Found it when I went to water today. The other one is doing just fine, just wondering when she's gonna start showing.... I'll see if I can coax the damaged girl back to life or not but it's looking grim. I'll toss up a pic with my normal Friday update.

It's ok. Just hurt like a SOB. Luckily I still have cat like reflexes, but my body doesn't move as fast as it used to so it caught me in the white of the eye. Honestly, was more pissed about the bolt busting on my extruder - it apparently broke the idler as well. Was looking forward to getting some things printed up this weekend.What a visual...

How's your eye doing today? Much more important than a plant in my opinion...
My 4 year old sat there and watched the whole thing and she laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed. Just like her mother that one.

Friday update. Sorry for the quick crap pics but kids are home sick today.
So leggy who had the lamp sitting on her is starting to recover. She got pretty dried out as a result but is springing back already.
And then after the light incident I raised it up and ended up stretching old squatty which is actually ok. She's got a pretty thick stem so I did a little pinching to help control the stretch. That's why she's leaning a bit.
She got fried a little bit from the lights as well.
I'm still not seeing any preflowers or anything. They're both fem seeds though. Just waiting till they show to see who's doing best to call my entry even though I'm pretty sure it will be squatty.
To anyone else running purple Orange kush in this comp how long did yours take to show?

this little power kush is starting to ooze excellence!
fungus gnats and semi irregular watering have led me to lose a set of fans and see a lot more yellowing but its nothing major, as you can see my bottom leaves are only slightly burned on a few tips so I think nute strength is right where it needs to be.
