When to Flip SCROG?

Whatsup all,
I need some help in determining whether or not I should flip my SCROG to 12/12 yet. I've heard to wait till 75-80% of the screen is filled before flipping, as the plants stretch significantly during the first weeks of flowering and will cause overcrowding if you wait to long. I also want to avoid not filling my screen to its full potential.

Here are the details:
- 3x4 Grow Tent
-600 Watt Air Cooled HPS
-Day 21 of Veg 5 Jack OG's in 5 Gallon SmartPots - Happy Frog
-SCROG net is 10 inches above the soil.

Please let me know if you think I should flip them now or continue to veg them out a few days before I flip them. Sorry for the bad pictures I took them with my laptop.

It depends on the strain really, if its small and bushy id fill it out a bit more, if its more "lanky" then now or one more bend under the net (one more square). I do a 3x3 scrog with a sativa dominate strain. I normally will wait to flip once i have everything filled out minus the last 2 squars or 4-6 inches from the frame of the net. I'll continue to train the plant for the first 2-3 weeks of flowering then i leave it alone.

Here's some pics to maybe help give you an idea. This is a dwc set up, so im not sure if the growth rate, compared to soil, will be as accurate.

Don't flip yet u haven filled screen also I think u need a larger screen when ur screen is 80% full flip and use the stretch to really fill out the screen unwant 1 node per square
