I think that will work. I should pass on to you that I bought one of the 420 scopes a while back thinking it would help me determine when to harvest. That was 4 years ago and I never use it for its original purpose. It's become more of a novelty item than a garden tool.

Do those two differ? Or, are you just giving two examples of the same style light?
BTW: I agree 60x works well. I have a 60-100 like the cannabis-themed scope someone suggested in this thread. It works well at 60. I have a 40x loupe and it's not enough.

they appear to be the same, just different price & location
I've tried the 420 scope (60-100X) which was great with buds laid on a table, but was very difficult to hold steady & inspect buds on plants,
I came to realize that the lens's diameter makes a great difference, the bigger the better.

just got the one that hooks on phone used with out clip and look.. it is betterthey appear to be the same, just different price & location

on the phone works nice can see.. my phone sucks hard to get clear pic's but for under $10 bucks it's cool

I had the phone one, it was just ok. The digital scopes Rock. They really let you know what's going on.

I bought mine off EB. for $17.00 with Software it seems to work good but the focus is very hard to get right, I found the best thing is to use the Stand and click Picture with Computer so you don't move the Microscope. I will post some pics here and show how it works, Hope this helps you out I will post later when I get the Res. down to upload here sorry
