what this middle schooler retard is not understanding, is the contractual obligation that exists within the public business community:

  1. no discrimination may exist in the public domain.
  2. in the public domain, if you advertise a price for your goods or services, no matter who walks in the door, you are obligated to sell goods or services to anyone who meets that criteria, which is advertised price, it's against the law to refuse anyone.
  3. if you wish to discriminate, your business must become private.
  4. the 'message' of gay wedding and not approving, so therefore no flowers..doesn't want to be a part of the promotion? wrong! once again, if your business is in the pubic domain, you must serve all..there is no way around this.
if someone comes to a funerary and they are jewish or arab or black or white. you cannot refuse anyone as long as they meet your 'published' pricing..which you must give by law on the first call..i think it's a $10k penalty now..for withholding a price list.

THE GOP CLEARLY KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR AMERICA.
That's the whole point. It's hard to know what is "best for America" as America is filled with millions of people representing many different ideas of what is best for them as individuals.

What's best for some is not best for others. That is clearly evidence by all the political back and forth when people wrestle for the gun of control over others.

People that mind their own business and not the business of others advance individual freedom.

Not only that, it's the Christian thing to do.

right! which is why we need to move to put all elections and decision making online, where, when a bill is up for vote, it's the people will that get to make the choice not the wealthy donor. you will be designated to your reps by registered voter ID..those with no computer can still mail in, or walk in a mail in to supervisor of elections office.

i say 'we the people' start to run this country!

win/win.

Nope. You the person should run your own life, but not the lives of others.

Democracy does not accomplish that. Lose / lose.

no, denying service to blacks and gays advances individual freedom. you taught me that.
Respecting the right of other people to make choices about their OWN property and their OWN body DOESN'T advance individual freedom?

Please tell me how you would refute that. You might want to take that foot out of your mouth first so your words will be intelligible though.

Also, its been months since you did one of those, prove me wrong and I will leave the website forever things you used to do. I kind of miss those, can you come up with one for old times sake? Thanks in advance.

Claiming your opinions are the law of the land? The law actually requires you to refuse service at times. You can't sell drinks to a obviously inebriated person (largely ignored), you can't sell meals to a barefoot person, can't sell alcohol to minors, etc. Arkansas doesn't recognize LGBT as a protected class, so you can refuse service. Once again, you assume your wishful thinking is fact.

You make a good point. The act of discriminating is carried out daily by lots of people. It simply means making a choice between variables, that you have a right to make. Ownership of the variables in question provides the right of choice to the decider.

All people have the right to "be discriminating" or selective concerning their own choices. None of us should force others decisions on them.

I discriminated this morning between several roosters. Some were spared, some were not. I did it on ethnic variation too, the ones that can't handle the cold as well were selected for my freezer. The rest will likely be kept for their superior genes.

How? I used a knife.

Their death was swift. They weren't my pets, I treated them much better than enemy combatants are treated.

Do you eat meat or use leather products? Slap mosquitoes that land on your arm?

Use an axe and aim just above the jugular.

Good times.
