No seeds being shipped to legal states?

They are still illegal federally and since the mail is a federal organization, seeds will be confiscated if found. That being said, 1000's of seeds enter the U.S, on a daily basis and are not found. I've found it easier to get my seeds from Spain or Great Britain rather than Amtserdam or similar places.

lol... sound like my little sister, she believes anything she hears. I have gotten 7 shipments in the past 5 months with no problem from in the country and out so I don't know what this hysteria is all about.

there is no way they can stop it unless they confiscate them. and it is impossible for them to find everything that comes thru the mail. think of how many peices of mail come down a conveyor belt every day and ask your self if they handle and inspect every peice. and ontop of that if your ordering from a bank in the states the chance of thwm findin it becomes almost 0% as our postal workers are not rwally known for doing a great job

@chirim2003 I understand all that chirim, that is why I am wondering about what I have heard. There are RELIABLE banks in the States? Who are they?
@ King Arthur, unfortunately this is why I am not on these forums because there seems to be some disconnect from what is asked and what is answered. Mostly people just seem to like to troll and rant. If the questions were actually read and answered respectfully then they would be more useful. King Arthur please read my question and you will see that, unlike your little sister, I never said I believed it. I just wanted to know if there was some fact to it. As far as hysteria, I did not know there was one. Please direct me to the hysteria, maybe there is a real answer in it.

wasnt tryin to bum ya out kitty but there is nothing they can do to stop it. as far as banks in the states yes NGR is an option. i havent heard anything about anyone trying to stop seeds from entering legal states at all. i suppose if they wanted they could up the checks on all mail going into the states. as my brother in law is a postmaster in a legal state he says he hasnt heard anything at all so i wouldnt worry about it to much

Bear in mind, that while MJ is marginally legal in half of the United States, it is still illegal on the federal level. Although congress has passed measures to cease the prosecution of medical marijuana use, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continues to disregard congress. Thus, you can still possess marijuana legally in your state and still get prosecuted on the federal level by state and federal law enforcement. On the state level, local governments still look to DOJ grants to subsidize local law enforcement. One of these days, the DOJ will eventually get with the program or congress will reclassify and decriminalize MJ on the federal level or hold the DOJ in contempt of congress.
Meanwhile, seeds that are already in the United States do not go through customs. So a package from a U.S. seed bank like Nature's Green Remedies has little chance of being seized within the U.S. unless the package gets badly damaged during shipment and gets opened by the postal service for repackaging. Packages incoming from another country, however, may be subject to customs and agriculture inspection for contraband and phytosanitary regulations. Chicago customs has been notorious for seizing shipments from known seed banks like Attitude.
