This dude framed his story under the guise of the law, and I'm sure there are some people out there who would look at this footage and still say the cop is innocent.. That cop took this guys life plain and simple, like it was nothing. What's the worst that could have possibly happened if he just stood there and let him run away? He burns him on a $120 traffic violation.. Cops will actually fuckin' kill people over $120.. Let that sink in for a second..

I'm not sure I would consider this instance fascism, or I at least wouldn't jump to that right off the bat. I'd argue this is another instance of police corruption. The dude actively reported something different than you see in the video footage to save face and protect himself from prosecution. The cameraman should be herald as a national hero! That dude actually risked his life to get this footage to the public. That cop could have just as well shot him and snagged his phone/camera and left it up to him v. the public word. He was clearly trying to be as low profile as possible.
Its been all over the news, a guy in new York was choked to death over a pack of fucking ciggs.Ten cops standing around not one of them done a thing to stop it and they let the cops off of the hook.Im sure they wonder why they keep getting their ass's shot , stupid fuckers.

These guys feel immune to prosecution. This is a pretty clear cut case of cold blooded murder, I think we'll see a turning point in society with the result of this case, how the jury decides and how the judge distributes the consequences. It's going to set a precedent

I live about 15 minutes from there it happens here more often then not. He will be detained at the AL cannon correctional facility for a bit. It was pure murder, north Charleston is one of the worst for this as north Charleston is highly populated with poverty level and north Charleston is some nasty s.o.b.s.

An article in The Atlantic stated that the shooting cop can be seen throwing an object from his belt near the body (likely a taser) b/c the cop claimed the man went for his taser. This is just so sad and senseless. I hate that there are big brother cameras everywhere these days, but for events like this I am grateful. I watched his family on the news this morning. Just tragic.
