Hey guys... I'm in the middle of my second grow... First grow was successful but this one is proving to be a battle.... This is my first time growing clones as well and I think they are more temperamental than seeds.... Anyway I have 4 AK48 clones and after putting into flower they all showed calcium deficiency... 2 have bounced back and the other 2 are very little and their pots are always have like they aren't absorbing the water..... Maybe root rot? I don't know but here are some pics.... I'm trying to decide if I should trash the little one or just let it be... Thanks for any advice
FFOF soil
3 gallon pots
Tiger bloom at 3/4 strength
Been adding Sensi Cal mag Xtra to every watering now
Using tap water left open for 1-3 days

Nute burn....pH imbalance....high P,, You got these playing off each other.....

How often do you feed it?
Is what you listed everything you add when "feeding".....How often....??

You don't have little flying bugs around do you? Look like Fungus gnats-smaller maybe?

They'll finish....The 2 most effected.

For those 2 most effected......water with plain pHed (6.5) water with only the Ca/Mg added for a week to 10 days and then continue with 1/2 the feed you have been.....You might consider adding a zyme product to the whole lot....

I may adjust answer to match your answers.

I feed every other watering... PH has been 6.5... But I'm using the drop kits to change the water color so definitely not accurate... Your probably right with the nute burn and high P because this one gets feed right along with the others..... I'm gonna try just water and Cal/mag for her like you suggested.... For the next 10 days and see if that helps.... Man it really stunted her growth though... Is this the reason this plants pot was always so heavy? Because it couldn't absorb anything?
No bugs
Only Tiger bloom
Sensi Cal mag Xtra
Tap water...
Fox farm soil

What is zyme?
Usually feed/water every 4 days

No bugs = excellent
Zyme is active mico's/bio's for the soil.....They do lots of work, including helping with soil pH.
Hesi,Canna,AN, almost everyone makes one.....A good thing to use with synthetic's as they are very hard on the bio's in the soil.
Simply ask for some in your hydro/gardening store.

Feed every other watering.....at full strength.....after the 10 day water - Ca/mg only thing

That should do it, with what I said before....

have you ever looked at the tree line in fall? do you run out and cut down every tree when their leaves start to turn color and fall off? or do you just understand that it is the season known as harvest? your budding, quit freaking out and let the plant run its course, some plants will loose almost ALL of their leaves yet still gives very potent, tasty medicine. edit: looking back at your pic's, your buds look AWESOME! you can get two fingers and snap off the real brown leaves, you should do this. it will allow more light and air to the parts of the plant still pumping out energy to the fruit. relax and make sure you let them go full term.

You are crazy if you trash that plant. Like the first guy said if nothing else cook with it or blast it. Kinda with the nute burn theory over the late flower theory. But never the less the buds look rad. When you get done flushing with the Cal Mag add a drop of Super Thrive in with each feeding the stuff does wonders for plants that have been stressed, and will help your roots bounce back if there is a root problem.

Good Luck

Welcome to Costco I love you

Super Thrive is use less in bloom! Veg only and that's questionable too!

Add a Kelp extract at 1tsp per gallon of water...you can use it at every watering......I use only Age Old Kelp extract....It will help with nutrient uptake and supply needed Micro's and help the soils bio's bounce back......REALLY GOOD STUFF..

I disagree super thrive is fine to use during flowering I have used it all the way till final flush with no problems and the bud looked smelled and tasted great. Some people believe that it will make your buds airy I have not seen this in my plants either. I have used ST on lots of different stressed plants not just cannabis and it seems to help them bounce back. A friend of mine's father owns a landscaping company and has for 30 years any time he has plant issues at a clients house he uses it to nurse them back to health so he doesn't have to lose money replacing the plant. Also ST has kelp in it so I guess if he uses it he could take both of our advice lol.

Not trying to start a super thrive argument god knows there is plenty of them on the web, and hey I may very well be wrong what I have is a little experience with it not real science. However this discussion has made me want to do some more research on ST so thank you. If you know of any good reading material on ST please send it my way Dr. who

Hey thanks for the advice guys... We'll what ever it was it definitely stunted it's growth.. I know leaves are supposed to turn yellow and die but not this early... Really great advice.... Definitely gonna look into the zyme!!

I've used super thrive during cloning but never thought about using it later in the plants life... Guess I'm your typical beginner.. Freaking out when one little plant looks wrong... Appreciate everyone's comments...!
