It's more for Potassium (K) deficiency than a flowering nute, the EJ Bloom is the flowering nute you want.

The optimum N-P-K ratios you want go as follows:

Vegetative: 3-1-2 (Ratio = 50.00-16.66-33.33) [Rounded to 2 decimal places]
Flower: 1-3-2 (Ratio = 16.66-50.00-33.33) [Rounded to 2 decimal places]

Mixing 50/50 Grow/Bloom is a good nutrient source for the first half of flowering, and if you want to cut of the N in the second half/late flowering to get the most out of your bud (and the beloved 'autumn colours' of the experienced grower) use 100% EJ Bloom as it's 0-3-1 NPK is perfect.

Although it's typically said that K is the flowering nutrient (which it is actually haha), cannabis actually requires higher levels of P to grow large healthy buds. K is just as important, but required in smaller amounts. N is only needed during early flowering (although it can be applied the whole way through - Which is the easier way to do it) When you begin to have that urge to try advanced growing techniques, N can be cut of approx. half way through flowering (depending on strain, pheno etc. - It's a fine tuning thing really)

EJ Bloom: N-P-K = 0-3-1
EJ Grow: N-P-K = 2-1-1

Then theres EJ Meta-K which is NPK 0-0-10 (mostly just to treat potassium def)
and EJ Catalyst which is some organic substances such as Molasses to help the plants along, and there's EJ Mircoblast, which is all extra micronutes (good to treat any micronute defs)

I do a grow cocktail-grow,bloom,meta-k,microblast; and a bloom(same minus the grow)...shake it up real good, and spray the undersides of the leaves, and jet some on the roots, every other day.

Does make a great foliar spray.

Foliar spraying is better for smaller gardens because to get the most out of it you do want to spray the under side of the leaves (as said above), as most stomata are located on the under side and so you'll get the most out of the spraying ... As you can imagine, this would be a tedious task to do by hand in a larger garden

I used Fox Farm's Tiger and Big Bloom in the past - they were really good.

I discovered that bat guano is incredible and molasses is enrichment.

More discovery and testing will follow.....

I'm stealing Organick's recipe to try, but i use a mix of bat guano, seabird guano (the high P kind, not the high N) and worm castings, and it's works like a charm.

thing is they would grow great on almost any organic additive like nick said...never heard of the oatmeal run-off water before either, nice one.

I cant believe BMO wasn't mentioned. Blue Mountain Organics (ebay only-search Super Plant Tonic) and u can find them. THey have the greatest prices and their super concentrated wonder teas are pure magic. 100% organic and great yield production fo sho!! I've grown with Dutch, BC, Advanced$$$$, and a couple more lesser names, and the quality/quantity was almost identical to advanced. The exception was i didn't pay 500$$ for the BMO line. Check em out...

I've tried EJ and it worked great for me in soil but not so well in hydro organic. Turns to being real stinky within a few days. Recentlly switched to pure blend pro and love it mixes in real well with recirculating hydro set ups. No waiting 24 hours or anything like that. No big chunks to cause any clogging and the plants seem to love it.

I use all 4 of the sunleaves bat guano's (might cut out the seabird guano man does that shit stink) I mix indo bat guano and jamaican bat guano the only other thing i use is organic blackstrap mollases and i havent had a deficency or any problems other than a thrip and gnat problem in two years (since i went organic) I expected my yeilds to be low but nope still get over an oz a plant same veg. I really push my ladys too i'd like to hear from anybody who burned their plants with Bat guano is super tough to do. Bat Guano and mollases keep it simple this is a weed we are growing after all.
