Should let your coals burn down a bit more before grilling. Got any smoke going on in there? Indirect heat is your friend. I like the Jack Daniels wood chunks for added smoked flavor. Plum wood was a nice surprise. Even a shitty Crab apple works.

BBQ food porn.

Grilling sounds good, think I'll try some chops today. pork around here is damn cheap.
That's my go to when I'm in a pinch. Love me some schnitzel with lemon.
(1.pork chop taco, tortilla warmed up in hot chili oil 2. Schnitzel with some 5 min pickles)

Over coals, a man after my own heart.

Recipe? I like recipes!
Basically it's every powdered Indian type thing in the cupboard: cumin, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli, coriander and garam nasal a in random quantity. Then a big nob of butter melted in to make a nice slurry. Add enough natural yoghurt so that you can coat your selected carcass and cook the bastard.

It's only TT Chicken if you have 3 legs and cook them in formation. Otherwise it's just chicken in yellow shit.images (16).jpgimages (17).jpg
