preparing trim/flowers for bubble hash

Im trying to find out what is the best way to prep my mateial for maxium yeild? I usually make other concentrates and butter with my trim and last time i used my bubble bags like 2yrs ago i got a super shitty yeild. But i think its thw way i preped my trim, whitch i dident.i just threw the sugar trim in the bags.
Is it better to grind/process the material up super fine? Will grinding it up allow plant material (not teichomes) to pass threw the last 2 bags?
Can anyone hook me up with some advice, tips from personal experience? NOT directing me to some link or tutorial.

I personally like to leave the trim as is but dry it thoroughly before extraction. Keep your temps cold and make sure u use plenty of ice in your bubble bags

I throw wet trim in the freezer for 24-48 hrs, then use that.

You will get more if you use dry trim, but it will be better quality if you use wet frozen trim.

Quality > quantity

Wet trimmings go straight into a bag in the freezer until you are ready to use em. Dried stuff and your gonna have a lot more leaf material in with your hash

Thanks for the advice guys, think that's exactly what ill do; throw fresh trim in a bag in the freezer.
But should i do the same with buds? Probably not right? I was thinking with the flowers dry them properly first. You think deried flowers will contaminate the hash with alot of plant !material? Dont mind if there's some, but i ALWAYS perfer quality over quanity.

Smoke the buds lol. I honestly think id have to be 5 lbs up or better before I'd even consider turning buds into hash.

If you are talking about those lower little popcorn junk buds I chop those up before freezing with the rest of the trim.

But ya I wouldn't use my good buds to make it

I consider that part of the trim but yep. Oh another bit with your bubble bags. Use more ice with longer/more stirring before pouring into the bags and its ok to put it back and the ice and run it another 5 times lol
