my first year (2008 i got 25% of the crop off the top no expenses paid.
second 30% and BIG bonus (enough to buy my own owner carry spot)

One of our neighbors has set up & owns 4 pot farms in the hills. He runs all as 50/50 splits with renters/partners...his total last year was 700lbs......you do the math
