Your soil looks like crap and is full of large chunks of wood and garbage!
Last time I saw a seedling like this, it was fed heavily with some random nutes.

Im experimenting with half of the plants on nutes and half on nutes, this one being no nutes,

Looks like uneven seed separation. When the seed splits and pops. Kinda looks like the one side of the seed xoating was stuck for a while and stunted the right side right?

seems like a genetic problem, rare to happen but it does. Id personally toss it, being this early on. but thats just me!

My other plants are doing just fine in this soil, its my own compost mixture
Wood uses up all the nitrogen available in your soil in the process of decomposition, thus competing with your plant for nutrients and water while putting the pH out of balance. Unless you add some extra supplements.
In general: wood chips + seeds = dead or unhealthy seedlings!
