No doofus, every person that wants to do either is forced to define it according to a standard set not by them, by by a coercive third party threatening force for not choosing one or the other.

When you give somebody a "choice" between two things, under threat of force for noncompliance, but there are other possibilities that exist...it's not really a choice is it?
