24k Gold rolling papers

I've used clear papers many times (aLeda brand), and smoked a gold joint. The gold doesn't burn, it's the paper backing that burns and the gold just holds the ashes in place...So when you ash it, they look like a little leprechaun came and took a shit in your ash tray.

If anyone wants to try 'em, you can get singles for 8 bucks..Not worth it, but if you're obsessed and need to try it, cheap enough...

And the clear papers just suck.

ICD-10T59.9
ICD-9987.8
Metal fume fever, also known as brass founders' ague, brass shakes,[1] zinc shakes, galvie flu, metal dust fever, or Monday morning fever,[2] is an illness caused primarily by exposure to certain fumes. Workers breathe in fumes from chemicals such as zinc oxide(ZnO) or magnesium oxide (MgO), which are themselves created by heating or welding certain metals, particularly galvanized steel. Other common sources are fuming silver, gold, orplatinum metals.[3] Chromium[4] is also a hazard, from stainless steel. Cadmium,[5] present in some older silver solder alloys can, in extreme cases, cause loss of consciousness within a matter of minutes.

Except smoking a joint is hardly hot enough to vaporize gold into fumes. Not welding here, just smoking weed. And it's not a gold alloy, it's 24k.

What about all the people out there still smoking out of metal pipes??

gaseous forms of elements are more volatile.
even the solids tend to lodge within the body and accumulate. i wouldn't consume those beverages w the shit in it. i once evacuated a bldg due to airborn gold leaf contamination. you don't want those fine particles in your lungs if u ever find yourself under gold leaf type rain.

alberto and javier got to go home and I had the afternoon off, after inhaling my share. happened on washington blvd

if it burns, what exactly is it doing? pipes aren't made from heavy metals, but there are reports of them being toxic.

i can't find anything on vapor inhalation except for smelting which has very toxic metals (cyanide and mercury). you are correct on it being non-toxic if ingested. i guess i assumed it was toxic being it's a heavy metal, thanks for staightening me out.
