So taking tens of thousands of children out to sea and throwing them overboard was just a misunderstanding. Marching civilians out into the desert with no water or food until they died is just European propoganda?

I read some news recently that the American Armenian band "System of a Down" will be playing in Armenia for their first time.

Love the band. Love their message. Glad their grandparents were able to escape the genocide.
This world(us/our ancestors) has really done some terrible things in the past. From the world wars, the German genecide to apartheid, taking land from the American Indians to slavery, etc. Maybe we should all throw out a blanket apology for what terrible things our fore fathers have done, move forward dedicated to being more fair and progressive. With "justice and liberty for all".

Ottomans didnt fuck little girls or their mothers, they gave justice and freedom to live their belief. They did not destroy cultures... you cant put Ottoman Empire in the same equation with USA..

You could be right that the amount of atrocity (deaths and mayhem) the USA has committed is unmatched.
However to say, the Ottoman Empire gave justice and freedom is a bit of an erroneous claim. Freedom doesn't come from a coercion based system. Privilege can, but freedom cannot.

You have completely misunderstood my post.
I never said anything about the Ottoman empire attacking anyone, I said the EUROPEAN POWERS ATTACKED THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE. Then the EUROPEAN POWERS stole all the wealth and land from the OTTOMAN'S.
I am putting the EUROPEAN POWERS in the same boat as the USA.
