Ever have the authorities visit your med patch?

Ever have the cops visit your patch? I did today. Eight cars in all just because a few oversized plants peeking over the wall. I'm on S.S.I and need to grow my own because I can't afford pricey boutique stuff and to tell you the truth mines better. But it felt good to know that reform laws do work! My plants are safe right where they are. I have proper papers and am following all the rules. I don't sling and I'm not over limit.
But here's my worry. I 'm not able to grow my medicine at my own home due to space restriction. So I'm growing it at my best freinds. I found out today that there is no law against this. But upon a visual search throughout the rest of the premises they found a pistol that my freind had in his closet. He's an ex-felon. (so now you see where I'm going with this.) They arrested him and I vouched for my plants and his wife said if they're legal then they can stay. Let the neighbors trip on that!
Now my freind is out on bail, things are good but I'm still a bit shaken. Anyone else have anything similar happen to them? I'm just upset because literally now the whole neighborhood knows! :wall:

sucks to hear that scumbags are dealing medicine people need and pocketing the profit. if that wasn't happening, perhaps TonyBalogna could afford to buy his own meds rather than grow.

I was going to ask if this has ever happend to anyone and log on today and find this posting glad to see that the plants worked out :) and well the pistol and the ex-felon thing is not being with in the law. also he would need to have caregiver paperwork to have them at his place.

did they trash the house?

where they the cops assholes about it ?

also what state you in iam guessing calif.?

if so what city?

also about the scale thing well how are you to know if you have the legal (amount) limit?

thanks for the info sorry to hear about your buddy but he should have know he could not have a gun EVER AGAIN (being a felon).

ive had cops come down the driveway sideways like a movie after my neighbor say my garden at my parents. They called me, checked my papers at the house and left. they then came to my house and checked my limits and left again.

Nice to know you had the right *LAW* on your side!! As far as your friend is concerned, why did the cops do the search if you had the right papers? And I think your friend KNOWS he can't have a gun, right?

My brother is able to grow as many as he can fit in 100 sq/ft. Why cant sb up the limits like up north....

The limit in CA was not put in until after we voted. A recent case threw out the limits and found them to be not founded in law since they were not voted on. Each county has set their own arbitrary limits. THe county that Im in (Orance Co, CA) is 6 mature plants OR 12 immature plants. You can also posses 8 oz of dried flowers. You can have MJ but it is illegal to sell. Thats whaat I understand.

i love how confiscated is spelled right but this country is not? too gold

lol man the cops in the states suck i dont know what you guys are all hype about your laws blow ass and cali is like the only state with close to decent potlaws, its still a HUGE joke

not tryna pick no fights or be a dick, just saying you guys dont know what you're missing up north and overseas, the states suck

They had a snag! Their search procedure was a no-no so they dropped the charges on my freind! They do however have to keep the heater. And I say Good! I chewed my freind out something feirce! I'm a simple living sick dude just trying to produce my meds at no expense other than time. Plus Arjans haze grows so well in Riverside co. And to answer a question, No my freind can't so much as turn the water on for me. I have to show up daily and tend to my meds myself. He just lent me the private premises to do my thing since I live in a condo with not so much as a foot of grow space. And yes! Club meds are way to expensive. I'm on S.S.I.. For me to buy in clubs would make smoking a novelty. I need more than I can afford hence I produce crops to fill the void! I mean sometimes there is good zip donation prices out in L.A. but I can't always make my way out there. Plus to tell you the truth I have quite a knack for green thumbin' it! I've grown for a long time!and yes I'm in Cali! Thanks for the support everyone! I'll update soon and throw down some Pics that'll raise some brows!:peace:

Not if he doesn't touch, tend, water, process,or smoke any! I found this out when they visited. They had the damn D.A. for the county of Riverside on the phone with them. Since my buddy is a proved long time established freind they took a written O.K. from me since it's me and only me growing on the premises. If it's more than one med patient posted on the fence then he would've needed caregiver status.His action of providing me space was noted as free and legal. A true compassionate gesture!:peace:

Nobody grows for me! But me! you don't understand. He just provided me the space! I do everything else. He couldn't grow using true organics if he went to school to learn. He has no care to. My quality of life depends on my skill. I'm good at what I do! I'm not rippin' on my freind or nothing but he's not sick. Or sick with it! There is no law that states that you can't grow your own M.M.J. at your buddys ,moms ,brothers, ect....It just can't look like a business venture. They will call it as they see it you know. My freind get's nothing but the satisfaction that he helped a good freind and a good cause!:peace:
