A friend brought a very stressed female plant for nursering over at my place.
She was about 15-2 feet high, pale green, stem was almost broken at the bottom.
The plant was grown in shade, on his balcony and got very little direct light.
So with a little TLC, proper nutrition, LST and a little more light on my balcony she
pulled through just fine in 2 weeks. The color was darker, she also branched out and she was looking fine. When she arrived she had a few hairs on her ( probably early flowering due to growing in shade) and after a few more weeks more hairs poped out so I decided to put her indoor, 12/12 under 250w HPS which is just fine for her.
First week she stretched a lot, both the stem and the buds.
She has been almost 3 weeks under the HPS and buds got bigger, size of a popcorn.
Yesterday I noticed first trichomas and the odor, after rubbing them is JUST FANTASTIC.
The problem is that the buds are quite small, and I would really want for them to get bigger (wouldn't we all??
)
So, the question is:
When do buds stop to grow? After the resin is starting to "pump out", or do they get new hairs and calyxes until the end???
