HELP! Drooping Leaves on Early Cannabis Sprouts!

This is my second time officially growing, so I am still kind of new to this.

I have 5 sprouts that are about 2 weeks old and they are starting to get drooping leaves. I really do not know what is going on with them because at first when i looked this up I thought I was over watering them, after this I gave them a break from the water so they could dry up, but only one night after this they drooped even more after this I ended up giving them water and they seem to be doing a little better now but still leaves are somewhat drooping (current picture).

The middle plant especially is worrying me because of how the leaves are pointing down it seems. When I water these guys I usually water until it starts draining and then I stop, is this too much or too little. And most importantly what am I doing wrong here? PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU FOR READING!

When i water i do it in two times 5 min apart. That way the soil has time to expand before the next drink and there wont be any dry pockets in the soil.

That's the right amount to water. They should stop drooping once the roots fill out a little more. How often do they need watering?

Also, I wouldn't worry about them, they seem healthy.

Thanks for the reply,

At first I thought the water wasn't draining out enough and i was over watering but I later figured out that the FoxFarm soil i'm using is already kind of moist in a brand new bag, I think when I tested the soils dampness with my finger I thought it wasn't needing water when it really was. I picked up the cup and it was so light so I watered them immediately and a few hours later i took this picture.
