Firstly, read my last point. This is why I posted on this forum in the first place, to get this point across. If you're talking about my lights specifically then you need to have your facts straight. My light is 54W and cost $22 for two of them. This is why I am a strong advocate for the cheap lights. Is there quality issues? Fuck ya there is but I didn't get those issues. All I see is the visible proof that my plants are thriving more so then my previous grow. This means they are working better than the lights I used previously, just in case you didn't catch that. This also means that they WORK because my plant is actually growing under the light that is being provided.
As far as cost per month, you're talking $49/mnth or $583/yr for these babies. Yours cost you $450 and run at a cost of $65/mnth and $778/yr @300W pull. So you spent $1228 this year were I spent only $605.....Each additional year, if prices theoretically stayed the same, will cost you $173 more then me and further to my point, even if we stretched it to a ten year spread and I had to buy two new lights every year for the next ten years at the same price of $22 for two. And we assume you only need to by one replacement at $450. Even then you would spend $8680 to my $6050.
So I ask again, what are you trying to disprove???
what's the bin on that?Whatever you say buddy...
This is snots recommendation...you can decide for yourself if you want to grow with this thing

Do they work well or do they just work? Got any evidence that they work at all? (pics)Read the next sentence you didn't highlight, Einstein. @Positivity That's the point
You lied buddy...you recommended it. Don't forget that so conveniently...if you do..i'll remind youRead the next sentence you didn't highlight, Einstein. @Positivity That's the point
Not that I have to prove anything to you but yeah. If you weren't such a lazy ass as to not being able to navigate your mouse to one of my other posts - here you go.Do they work well or do they just work? Got any evidence that they work at all? (pics)
You still didn't show that these screw in LEDs can grow anything. There's an entire subforum dedicated to CFL grows.j Come on, man.Not that I have to prove anything to you but yeah. If you weren't such a lazy ass as to not being able to navigate your mouse to one of my other posts - here you go.
See ya!wow. I'm out boys. PEACE.
What is your kwh rate down there in Texas? Any Tier'd BS like here in cali?@SnotNazi here is last month's bill with last year's trending. Other than the crazy winter you can see that's pretty consistent. Also the current plants. Still trying to recover and refill the room from my vacation absence. That bud is a 5th week chunky diesel. Still has a good 5 weeks left. There are 14 plants in there now, mix of 10 different strains.

Really depends on the area and applicable providers along with other variables like credit. There are some companies that have 3-5 tiers. Costs are anywhere from 8.4 cents per kWh to 16 cents. I thought I was paying 12 cents but according to them when I just checked now their site is vague and says ~10. using my bill I determine 11.4 cents is my actual. 840kwh(X)=$95 so $95/840kwh=X. There of course are standard rates, variable rates, the whole prepaid and pay as you go. I'm in an area I can only use a particular co-op. That's supposed to be none profit. Yeah.... sure. LOL if not there are others that do service the surrounding area that are flat 8.6 cents per kWh. If the co-op and home builders along with city didn't make it that way. What is your kwh rate down there in Texas? Any Tier'd BS like here in cali?
