Check this EPILEDS deep red. This is their best deep red specifically intended for plant lighting.
The specs are at @350mA and 25°C. Top bin has an amazing efficiency of 7.2%.
Not saying that Vipar uses these.

WTF....7.2% @350mA. I just received a few of those with 730 nm. With that efficiency they are just good for heating. @captainmorgan uses them also if I am not mistaken.

This particular chip is deep red around 660 nm. Sadly their far red around 730 nm isn't any better. If they're indeed epileds then they're almost useless.

Thanks @Positivity. Unfortunately 8 weeks waiting time for the Osrams. That seems the only way for some acceptable efficiency I think.

I geuss if I spent 600 + dollars on less than 200 watts I'd have to jump around trashing people who are trying to grow meds on there budget too yea wat retards. Remember kids growing is all about getting good so u can talk shit lol who cares I got 2 300 w Chinese LEDs new for 130 the reason in my apartment there's no way an hid would work without cutting holes in using a ton of ventilation. No shit Area 51 optics and apache are better but until u buy it for me or pay my rent I'll grow on a budget I mean y'all are acting like u can't grow with them people use to use 1 watt panels(sucked hard) 9 band 3 w is still pretty new lol next year ur LEDs tech will b old as mine is. In so I'll have 290 real watts of led on 3 plants for 130 not a bad way to start a first grow and If u get an all red UFO for flowering to add I bet it will put out enough quality meds for me and my dad that's why we're doing this right?
