rdwc roots look terrible but plants are amazing.

But just to let you know I will need to saw these girls down at harvest time because clippers are not doing shit with these beastly branches. The main stalk is now noticeably larger than a red bull can on both plants and the most of the main shoots are over 1" thick at the base.

I've been watching brown on my roots for a week now, since I started giving them nutes(AN connoisseur with b-52) similar to yours, heavier/darker at the water line fading out down, above the water line is nice and white..I'm thinking it's my nutes staining them possibly some residue from not rinsing the rocks out well enough. I just did my first nute change and there was a reddish/brown residue when i cleaned the bucket out..leading me to think it was the rocks or an additive. Everything was squeaky clean, no sliminess or anything when i changed it out and smells good..I'm more of the wait and see type, too many times people overreact to these situations and make things worse.

Yea my last res change I had a reddish brown deposit in the bottom, they are the healthiest plants I have had yet. I do have trouble with a off and on calcium deficiency I think something is locking out my calcium levels. It kinda looks like I'm starting to get a potassium deficiency or it could just be that I let the ppm get too high (3.0 EC) ooops.

My biggest problem now is that the plants are too damn big to get them out the tent without breaking something, I have only been changing res every 30-45 days due to my plants being in such a large res and I have to carry it across the house to the bath tub to clean and change. The plants are too damn big to get through the doorways of the house so I when I change the res I just use a bucket to remove the water and replace water with water jugs. I spray the roots with h202 solution at each res change just to make sure no bacteria in the air might have attached to the roots.

I gave them 2 gallons yesterday of distilled water no additives to bring EC back to 2.4 and Ph back to 5.8, today I checked again and my EC was 3.2 and PH was 5.2 so I added 2 more gallons and brought it back down to 2.4 again and the Ph back to 6.1. So I'm guessing they consumed 2gal of water in less than 24hrs and seem to be leaving the nutrients so if this happens again tomorrow I will just add 3-4gal and bring the EC down even further.

These buds are getting sticky and its only day 26 from the 12/12 flip and day 13 from first bud formation and I would say that if I cut now I would already have at least 1oz dry so things are looking great.

I do have a question though why are the buds that are right under the light and closest to the bulb smaller than the buds that are the farthest away, keep in mind the buds directly under the bulb are all the main tops with the thickest branches. It just seems odd that the biggest thickest tops being closest to the light receiving more lumens would be the biggest buds but they are only have the size of the buds off to the side of the light.

Nice i currently have two ladies. I've been vegging them for a while now I topped one of them twice already. I wait for the other one to get a little bigger. I did some defoliating and ill probably do some more soon. I'll set them to flower in about a couple of weeks. They still look quite small in my eyes ^^

I'll upload pics once I get them into flower
