Help, (pot)ential new grower

Hi there everyone. Just making my first post as I would like a little clarification. Been looking round the web and haven't seen anything conclusive yet.
Me and a buddy are considering buying this

Our plan is to set it all up in his shed, it's a solid brick shed, not a wooden one. It has a wooden door, no windows and no vents. My question is would this be viable? As I've been reading the plants need plenty of ventilation to allow co2 exchange. How essential is this? Would we be fine not having any ventilation in the room, accept the occasional time we open the door and go inside to tend to the plants. Would a good quality grow still be possible without the ventilation and just the setup tent and kit in my buddies shed?

Youre going to need air exchange. Or an airconditioner and co2. Either way chances are good that youll need an ac. Its up to you if you want to have a sealed room and ac or not.

Would a fan in the room outside the grow tent suffice?
Co2 tanks seem pretty pricey as well. If I was to take that route I can just get a co2 tank place it in the room, attach a regulator to control the ppm and then I'm good? How long would say a 20lb tank last with normal use?

Okay, sorry about the nooby questions but by the looks of that grow kit, the extractor fan and carbon filter are in one. So I assume I just make a hole in the wall and hook the ductwork that's coming out of the tent (that is connected to extractor and carbon filter) to the hole in the wall and then I'm done? Obviously I wouldn't have the exposed duct hanging out the wall, I would put in some vent in the wall that will connect to the duct.

Not sure if this is a good idea but whats the roof made of? Im guessing its not brick and if you can get a hole in that it'll look a lot less suspicious and its a lot easier than putting a hole through a brick wall. Also if you do manage to get a hole in the brick wall near the bottom, that coupled with the hole in the roof would make for a bit of natural ventilation that would pull cool air in from the bottom.

smell might be an issue towards harvest though unless you ran ducting up to the hole in the roof and stuck a carbon filter on it

This/\/\/\...extract threw the roof.. intake threw the bottom.. that's solid advice.

Pretty sure it's made of like wood and felt or something, definitely not brick though, it's my buddies house and can't remember at the moment. Sounds like a better idea with the roof though. Cheers for the assistance!
