BWAHAHAHAHA!!!From what I can find, LSD is easier to control and better for digging into the mind. I'm leaning towards that right now.
Umm,I said nothing of it being crap..its wonderful.best drug there is..I doubt you've taken much considering your post haste jump on a bandwagon of LSD naysaying without even seeing who's driving...AGREED.LSD is crap.honest!
I trust my subconscious mind, but I want more control to steer the trip where I want it to go so I can hopefully find what it is I am looking for. Due to the ethics of studies I can't just find lab controlled studies and publications explaining how different the 2 substances are, I am mostly restricted to anecdotals such as you saying there is no control, or this outside thread with multiple people saying LSD is easier to control. All I said in the previous post was easier to control, but I never meant to say control was certain.BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
heed my warning, and I'm saying this as I know LSD VERY WELL..
LSD will do what it wants to do to you.there is no control, and if you go into a trip thinking you'll have one smidge of control, you're gonna lose it...period.if you're the type you must have control and just can't be content when you don't understand the situation at hand or know the end result, you should study more..
Caution to the wind must be exercised just as much as caution with psychedelics...

Caught in slow motion in a dash for the door.
The flame from your stage has now spread to the floor
You gave all you had. Why you wanna give more?
The more that you give, the more it will take
To the thin line beyond which you really can't fake.'
felcher!Mainliner.
Both are things that you can't really control once you take enough. Both are pretty friendly at low doses but once you get into a true psychedelic experience you are just along for the ride. Let go and enjoy it. Ride the spiral to the end, you may just go where no one's beenFrom what I can find, LSD is easier to control and better for digging into the mind. I think control is misrepresented.. More so 'able to be tolerated without breaking down as easy'I trust my subconscious mind, but I want more control to steer the trip where I want it to go so I can hopefully find what it is I am looking for. This post uses a pilot and passenger analogy between the two.
That same thread does described shrroms as more mental and LSD as more visual, which makes me lean towards Shrooms more in that regard.
for real! i'm so annoyed when people talk about mushrooms like they're some mild kiddie drug. no, just no. the most intense, profound experience i've ever had was after fasting and ingesting mushroom. yeah, if you eat a half eighth of mushrooms with your buddies it might be nice for a first trip...but i wouldn't consider mushrooms a "beginner drug" by any means...the experiences produced by mushrooms can be seriously powerful and life changing. i've never tried mescaline, but i think lsd is best for a first timer ime. just my 2 cents. Most people thing mushrooms are for beginners. They are not. Not that you can't do it that way but mushrooms are far more powerful and terrible than anything I have taken.
It is indeed mescaline, LSD, mushrooms, DMT. In that order.
datura first one i did lolMy only experience with drugs are nootropics and weed. I rarely smoke casually, mostly when I want a moment to think currently since I'm fascinated by the mind and always thought deep into everything including thinking.
Thing is I feel ready for psychedelics. I'm nearing 25 and I feel like I've been mentally dull the last 4 years, my intrinsic motivation has become weak, my affect has been lost.
From what I can dig up,
Shrooms appear to have a long term effect on personality in ways that I feel like I need. LSD is supposed to change you from one trip they say, and it's a more intellectual high with more control.
My closest psychedelic experience was Piracetam and Noopept taken before smoking. Besides being unable to walk straight or say a full sentence, my perception was on another level and I saw a few flashbacks. Felt like my mind had pieced together all the simple things and intellectually deep stuff of into a matrix. Problem was I felt vulnerable knowing that I couldn't coordinate myself or talk, always thinking how an outside distraction might disturb my thought close and take me where I don't want to go. But in an introverted smoker in general (extrovert sober).
I hope that last bit might help at suggesting whether LSD or Shrooms would suit me.
I have to agree with this. Although Mushrooms do always leave me feeling great after the fact regardless of how terrifying the acute experience was.for real! i'm so annoyed when people talk about mushrooms like they're some mild kiddie drug. no, just no. the most intense, profound experience i've ever had was after fasting and ingesting mushroom. yeah, if you eat a half eighth of mushrooms with your buddies it might be nice for a first trip...but i wouldn't consider mushrooms a "beginner drug" by any means...the experiences produced by mushrooms can be seriously powerful and life changing. i've never tried mescaline, but i think lsd is best for a first timer ime. just my 2 cents.
