lazy stoner needs help

so here's the thing, i'm planning my second grow and want to know what's the best thing to add to my current setup with the least EFFORT for the most reward.

options - chane soil from scotts/perlite/sand to better soil mix
add humidfier to get humidity above 50% during veg
add co2

I'd say do everything you already said would work. If you could only pick one I'd say add C02. I don't think humidity really matters too much because people grow outdoors in AZ and its not near 50% humidity...and your soil mix is already good.
