If it's your first grow then half a gram per watt would be worth shooting for. Lots get 1g/watt, but experience plays a factor. No need to set the bar too high. You might consider only using one light if indeed this is your first grow. Genetics and environment are going to play a huge role and that's stuff I can't guess.

If you achieve a couple of zips per plant you will have done ok......next grow shoot for 3 the grow after that shoot for 4 this is how most of us work.......I'm a believer in expect less and anything over is a bonus just my op but it saves any dissapontment.....but...then again I've never been disappointed in any of my grows.....BONUS....

I was told to put 4 plants under 600 watt lights have 16 plants and flower them for 10 weeks and expect to achieve 2400 gram but I don't know if he's talking out of his arse
To be frank For a newbie to achieve 1 gram per watt is almost unheard of. Most experienced growers barely pull it off if at all. Take it easy. A realistic goal is probably 1/2 gram per watt and that's generous for a first time grower.

min 12 per plant more likely a lb per plant if the fans and heat are kept nice, over kill on the in let and out let.

I send you a feeding sced that if you use it and the room is set up right, lights kept at right height. The right ec at the right time auto pot system or any hydroponic set up friends use same feeding sced and there yeild's have gone from 7/8 dry per plant to 12/16 dry per plant.

But there are a lot of factors healthy clones perfect set room,i don't ph its simple and any one could do it.

Also you need the height to get these weights,i flower at 2 1/2 foot to 3 ft,most of my vegging is done under 2 t5's a 4 tube one and a 2 tube one with a 4 ft flouresent on the custom built boxes i do

Most of vegging is done under t5's in fact 80% of it i get them so there that root bound in the t5 room they are about to burst then they fly once added to the big room. And into coco/clay balls large auto pots, there around two ft when they come out of the t5 room but have been topped at min 6 times per plant, every branch bottom to top.

I would love to see what that t5 room would produce if flowered in there just has a test ,but that wont happen the law been like it is,Don't risk it for a biscuit

You don't need big plants to get big yields. I flower at 6-9 inches and pull right around a gram per watt. (7-8lbs per 6-600s) It's all about environment. Getting that dialed in the key.

You get a lb near from plants under a foot tall ,sorry dude but i would have to see that with my own eyes.

You have flowering photo's with something to gage height really would like to see this, this would be a talk at one of the cups if true,in 24 yrs i have seen a lot but this one would drop me if i seen a plant with nearly a lb on it under a foot tall,in a sea of green yea with 16 plants flowered small per light.

The amount of brance in a plant of that height would make it hard to produce a weight you are saying ,But i will keep a close eye on ya post dude because if you are really doing that and getting that weight dry even wet it would be hard to even think about Hard one to believe,i have friends that would be interested in any info on this for future books

I think u completely misunderstood. I flower 96 plants at once under 6-600 watts and pull around 7-8 lbs.

Tyke I am a fan of yours .....but the op is a new grower and far from perfect conditions......so y would he b able to reach the goals you have set out for him.....if he pulls a decent harvest then will have done well................you haven't mentioned how long you veg for?????my guess is 6-8 weeks ........not all of us have had 20odd years to perfect our skills.......please keep things REAL for the op .....wouldn't like for the op to think he has failed.......mabay it would help if you told us how much you harvested on your first grow....
